The SIP 6" Swivel & Tilt Machine Vice enables horizontal rotation and vertical inclination for precise multi-angle machining. This helps reduce set-up time and eliminates need for additional fixtures while ensuring accuracy in complex drilling, plus improved tool access.

With a swivel base that allows the operator to rotate workpieces from 0° to 360° without unclamping, and a 0° to 45° tilting mechanism for additional flexibility when machining at an angle, this vice offers maximum versatility in professional metalworking and fabrication.

Compatible with the SIP F25-GB 8-Speed (01719), SIP F32-ID Vari-Speed (01720) and SIP F40-IDA Vari-Speed (01721) Industrial Floor Pillar Drills.

HEAVY-DUTY 6" MACHINE VICE EASILY WITHSTANDS DEMANDING USE IN PROFESSIONAL METALWORK & FABRICATION WORKSHOPS

High-quality machine vice with 6" jaw opening and 25kN clamping force for secure fixings of workpieces in a variety of positions.
Built with a robust grey cast iron machine body and hardened tool steel jaws for outstanding durability and secure clamping.
The jaw is fixed to the vice body, allowing perpendicularity and parallelism within 0.05mm/100mm.

ROTATING SWIVEL BASE & VERSATILE TILTING SYSTEM FOR MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY WHEN POSITIONING WORKPIECES

Mounted on a durable swivel base that allows unrestricted 0° to 360° rotation of a workpiece to the desired angle without need to unclamp it.
The integrated tilting system provides 0° to 45° vertical inclination of the workpiece for drilling applications that require machining at an angle.
These functions combined ensure high versatility and, because piece do not need to be unclamped, maintains accuracy during complex drilling.
Specific angles can be set using the separate angle gauges built into the swivel base and the tilting platform.
