Whichever option you choose, please follow these steps for the smoothest process possible:


  1. Ensure that you have your Proof of Purchase (POP) to hand.

  2. Confirm that your machine is registered with the SIP Silver or SIP Gold Warranty Schemes.

  3. Discuss the nature of the fault with one of our colleagues, who will advise you of any quick resolutions.

  4. Should your item need to be returned and is not covered under SIP Warranty Schemes, please read the Pre-Return Conditions Form made available by our Customer Service Team which covers a list of possible charges.

  5. SIP will organise the collection, inspection, repair and return of your product free of charge should the equipment failure be confirmed to be covered under SIP Warranty Schemes.

  6. Should the machine failure not be caused by a manufacturing fault, SIP will provide a quotation as agreed in Step 4.
